These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for children attending activities provided by Tryumph and/or Uplift Education.
By making a booking the parent or legal guardian confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions
Parents must select and pay for the elements of the service they require at the time of booking.
Our responsibility for the child begins when the child has been safely handed over to a member of our staff either from staff at school or by a parent/guardian.
Parents/Guardians must inform us as soon as possible if a child is not attending school and/or the booked session
If a child who is expected to attend cannot be located at the agreed collection point we will follow our safeguarding procedures and contact the parent/guardian and emergency contacts.
Parents/guardians must not assume that school staff will notify us of a child's absence.
To receive a refund the session must be cancelled with 24 hours notice and Tryumph/Uplift staff should be notified that the child will not be in attendance and the booking has been cancelled.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is booked onto an activity appropriate for their age and needs.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an activity, venue or arrangements where it is necessary because of safety, staffing, weather, venue availability or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
Where a significant change means that the booked activity cannot reasonably be provided parents/guardian will be informed and appropriate alternative provision will be explained/provided
Parents/Guardians should contact us as soon as possible if they are delayed for pick up
If a child is not collected and we cannot contact the parent/guardian or an authorized emergency contact we will follow safeguarding procedures.
We will not release a child to an individual who is not authorized to unless the parent/legal guardian has provided appropriate confirmation and we are satisfied that the arrangement is safe.
A place is only confirmed once the booking has been completed and payment received
Bookings are subject to availability
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and ensuring that all information relating to their child remains up to date
Children should attend wearing suitable clothing and footwear for the activity and weather conditions
Parents/guardians should clearly label all belongings
Valuable or unnecessary items should not be brought to the session
Tyumph/Uplift Education cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Appropriately trained staff will preform first aid where necessary.
Parents/Guardians authorize Tryumph/Uplift to obtain emergency medical treatment for their child if staff consider it necessary and the parent/guardian cannot be reached at the time
Emergency services will be contacted where appropriate
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the emergency contacts that have been provided in the case your child becomes unwell or seriously injured.
Parents/Guardians will be informed of any accidents (non emergencies) when the child is collected
Your child may be asked not to return to activities led by Tryumph/Uplift if there behavior is dangerous to other children or staff.
Parents/Guardians must inform Tryumph/Uplift of any medication their child requires and provide full and accurate instructions regarding its administration and storage. medication must be supplied in its original packaging, clearly labelled with the child's name and its expiry date.
Tryumph/Uplift staff will only administer medication where the appropriate parent/guardian consent and medication instructions have been provided.
Medication will only be administered by appropriately trained staff
Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that sufficient medication is provided and for replacing medication when it expires and/or runs out.
Parents/Guardians must inform Tryumph/Uplift of any changes to their child's medication and/or medical needs.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to restrict or exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted
By completing a booking the parent/legal guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions, the information they have provided about the child is accurate and complete, they have provided current and accurate emergency contact information, they have disclosed relevant medical, allergy and additional needs information, they have provided accurate collection arrangements and they agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
